CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (‘’this Agreement’’) is entered into between Find Your Chef LLC of address [ADDRESS] (“Company”) and [NAME] of address [ADDRESS] (“Contractor”) on [DATE] (Effective date).
Whereas, the Company is an Online market platform that deals in catering services and allows Contractors to receive orders from consumers through the platform;
Whereas, Company is interested in persons with passion in cooking and servicing as Contractors;
Whereas, the Contractor is a skilled Chef with expertise;
Whereas, the Contractor is, and shall always remain an Independent Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and of the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained, the parties, intending to be legally bound, do agree as follows:
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Company is an online platform that allows persons with interest in catering services to reach their clients with ease.
For the purposes of this agreement, these persons shall be referred to herein as “Contractors” or “Chefs”.
The Contractor should have the necessary cooking skills to ensure satisfaction of their Clients.
The Company shall conduct a background Check on every Contractor to ensure quality service.
CONTRACTOR DUTIES
The Contractor agrees to use the Company’s platform to showcase their catering skills and related services to Clients interested in such services.
The Contractor agrees to follow all the rules and regulations as provided by the Company and as required by the relevant laws.
Contractor shall create a Chef’s account on the platform. After creating the account, the Contractor can post their recipes and/or menus, and Consumers can select a Chef to cook for them at Consumer’s location.
TERM
This Agreement shall be operative from the date of execution of this Agreement and shall run until the completion of the Services which is indefinite or until the Agreement is terminated sooner according to the terms of this Agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
Find Your Chef LLC, (Company) will charge the Contractor a __________ % commission fee for using Find Your Chef LLC Service Platform.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Neither Party will use, copy, adapt, alter or part with possession of any information of the other which is disclosed or otherwise comes into its possession under or in relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature. This obligation will not apply to information which the recipient can prove was in its possession at the date it was received or obtained or which the recipient obtains from some other person with good legal title to it or which is in or comes into the public domain otherwise than through the default or negligence of the recipient or which is independently developed by or for the recipient.
TERMINATION
Either Party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement upon a written notice of termination to the other Party. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing, upon the termination of this Agreement, any arrangement for Services then in effect will immediately terminate.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time if the other party breaches this agreement and does not cure such breach within a specified period as agreed by the parties in addition to any right or remedy that may be available to the Company under this agreement or applicable law.
The Company may terminate this agreement for the following reasons:

ENTIRETY
This contract represents the entire agreement between the two parties and supersedes any previous written or oral agreement. This agreement may be modified at any time, provided there is written consent of both parties to this contract.
SEVERABILITY
The parties agree that if any portion of this contract is found to be void or unenforceable, it shall be struck from the record and the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.
JURISDICTION
This contract shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of [STATE, PROVINCE OR TERRITORY].
