WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
By checking this box, I, hereby agree to this waiver of liability, the release of all
claims, and the assumption of risk (“Waiver and Release”).
I hereby waive any claims that I may have now and, in the future, release from all
liability, and agree not to sue TEXAS BOIL MASTERS, its officers, agents,
representatives, subcontractors, or employees (hereinafter referred to as “Staff”) for
any personal injury, death, or loss sustained by me or my customers as a result of
the services/food provided by TEXAS BOIL MASTERS i.e., seaborn illnesses,
including without limitation, negligence on the part of TEXAS BOIL MASTERS or
mine, or the customers or death or injury.
I further agree that if I violate the terms of this agreement and attempt to bring a
lawsuit against TEXAS BOIL MASTERS or the parties herein or by my customers, I
will be held responsible for the attorney’s fees, any costs incurred in defending such
action, and any damages that might arise out of the lawsuit.
I accept all the inherent risks herein and the possibility of personal injury, death or
loss resulting therefrom.
In entering this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual
representations or statements by TEXAS BOIL MASTERS, or any other inducement
or coercion.
I fully accept the responsibility for my well-being, and health throughout the services
and/or food together with those of my customers/consumers.
I confirm that, by my own free will, I have read and understood the Terms and
Conditions of this Wavier and Release before checking the box and agree that this
Waiver and Release is fair and will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors,
