  1. Stevens demanded money from my son in the past.
  2. Stevens forced my son into unfavorable relationship with a wrong woman.
  3. Stevens forced my son into alcohol.
  4. Stevens demanded money from my son.
  5. Stevens threatened my son that he should not see me.
  6. Stevens threatened my son that he would get after his life.

  2. I hired Stevens 7 years ago, to help me get in contact with my son.

Attachment 7a(3)- “Describe Harassment”

  1. Stevens threatened me by phone that he would get after my life.
  2. Ever since I hired Stevens 7 years ago to assist me to get in contact with my son, he has never performed his work.
  3. Stevens has also refused to return my son’s photo. He lied in 2021, in the Superior Court, that he mailed me the photo, but has never sent it back.
  4. He has accessed my banking records and exposing such records, breaching the confidentiality requirements for such information.
  5. I cannot get rid of his involvement in my family/relatives.
  6. He is exposing private life on daily base for years.
  7. As a result of his influence, my son is not responsive to my phone calls and emails.
  8. As a result of his influence, I had 4 collisions, I was on the street, I’m separated, it effected my health.
  9. He threatened my previous partner that I lived with for 20 years with death.
  10. He is gossiping about my relationships along with the one that is legally confidential.
  11. He demanded money from my son in the past.
  12. He forced my son into unfavorable relationship with an older woman.
  13. He forced my son into alcohol.
  14. He threatened my son that he should not see me.
  15. He threatened my son by phone that he would get after his life.
  16. He is targeting the elderly along with vulnerable and young people who are victims of his vulgar, destructive influences.

Attachment 7a(5)- “Harm or Injury”

  1. He has inflicted constant fear and emotional distress on my son by electronic means.
  2. He has interfered with my relationship with my son. My son is not responsive to my phone calls and emails. I have no contact with him.
  3. My family has fallen apart due to his harassment and confidential exposure. He interfered with my relationship with my partner with whom we had a relationship of 20 years. He threatened said partner with death. I had five collisions, my son one and previous partner two.
  4. I have incurred pecuniary costs and/or expenses in filing cases against him for his harassment because he created lifetime damage on us. I have proof of $329.10 that I paid, and court’s fees paid in case #SMC 2110016.
  5. My son Andrew, and Da Vid, Andrew’s father are all forced to live with wrong partners (girlfriends) and they cannot get rid of them.
  6. Everything that he did to us is against our belief system, against our religion, and against human values and rights.
