‘m a paramedic and small business owner. My business specializes in arranging domestic and international air medical transportation. I have the word document with the draft I created based on my different experiences with many providers and operators and also a pdf with the way it will look completed. My main goal is to have a simple-to-understand document that the majority of our clients will easily understand and at the same time have the proper coverage for our company in case we ever need to go to arbitration or litigation. Most of our clients are patients, family members, hospital social workers, medical center case managers, travel insurance agencies, international liaison entities, and patient coordinators.
