WARRANTY POLICY
This warranty Policy covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal
use and during the Warranty period.
During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge the parts that
prove to be defective.
Warranty Period.
i. The frame of the unit has a one-year warranty.
ii. The bar of the unit has a one-year warranty
iii. The engine of the unit has a six-month warranty against manufacturing
defects.
Warranty for Damaged unit.
In the event any unit arrives damaged, then you need to save the box and contact us
to let us know within 7 days of arrival. We will handle the insurance claim, but if it’s
not brought to our attention, then there’s nothing we can do about it.
Warranty conditions.
i. The warranty for the bar of the unit will be void if it is not properly cared for,
specifically, if it is run without oil.
ii. Wear and tear are not covered under this warranty Policy.
iii. No agent, distributor, or dealer is authorized to modify, adapt, or extend these
warranty conditions.
Warranty claims.
All mentioned warranty periods are under the condition of access to the unit by our
representative to verify possible non-conformance. Claims under warranty must be
reported and returned to us within _____ days from the date of detection.
When a warranty claim is justified, shipping expenses have been insured by us.
Governing Law.
