Warranty information:
We offer a 1-year warranty for all doors and drawer fronts, which covers any manufacturer defects. While wood naturally expands and contracts over time due to environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature, if there is a serious concern regarding a defect, we will pick up the door or drawer front at no charge to the customer during the first year for inspection. If a manufacturer’s defect is found, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer.
After the first year, we will provide repair and replacement services for doors and drawer fronts at a reasonable fee if there is a defect, and materials will be charged separately. A minimum trip charge of $75.00 will apply after the first year.
All hardware, including hinges and drawer guides, are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. We will replace these items at no cost to the customer during the first year. After the first year, a trip charge of $125.00 will apply to repair and/or replace the item under the limited lifetime warranty.
Installation warranty:
We provide a 10-year warranty for all installation services related to refacing, countertop and cabinet installation. This warranty includes refacing veneers and adhesives, trim installation, and drawer installation. However, caulking is not covered under warranty.
After the first year, there will be a trip fee of $125.00 for any service calls. Please note that after 10 years, the warranty will no longer be in effect.

Satisfaction guarantee:
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience and product. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will work with you to find a solution that ensures an excellent customer experience. This may include reimbursement, repair, re-installation, or a combination of these, which will be determined by management at Sixteenth Project LLC.
Please note that wood species can have slight variations in stains and finished looks due to their unique characteristics when milled and manufactured. To ensure that the finish is as close as possible to your desired look, we offer samples that can be ordered at a reasonable cost. However, it is important to understand that when it comes to replacing doors and fronts, especially after several years, it may not be possible to perfectly match a door and/or stain due to wood fading and changing colour over time due to sunlight, electric-based light, and other environmental conditions. Painted finishes, on the other hand, are more easily matched and are less likely to fade over time.
