WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using our services, you agree to relive us from any and all liabilities and warranties in relation to any parts, either new or used that you provide to us.
We are only responsible for the parts we replace for a limited lifetime warranty. All phones will be inspected by both the customer and us before the Phone is issued back to the customer. The customer shall sign below (Bottom page) acknowledging that the inspection has been completed. Any extra issues with the phone will not be covered.
E.g. If a glass screen is replaced, and home button issues arise after repair, we are only responsible for the glass screen.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, you disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our services.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of these Services in addition to any other available remedy.
CANCELLATIONS
If a customer would wish to cancel a scheduled appointment, the customer shall notify us at least ____________________ (hours) prior to the scheduled appointment so that we can make an appointment with another customer.
If a customer cancels an appointment within an hour of the scheduled appointment, a cancelation fee of $60 will be charged to cover the inconvenience caused.
