    • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my use, operation, or possession of the rental craft.
  3. Waiver of Liability:
    • I waive any and all claims, whether known or unknown, that I may have against the Rental Company arising out of or related to the rental, use, operation, or possession of the craft.
    • This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory duty.
  4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
    • I agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements while operating the rental craft.
    • I understand that any violation of these laws, regulations, or safety requirements may result in the termination of the rental and may subject me to legal consequences.
  5. Severability:
    • If any provision of this Waiver and Release of Liability is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
