WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
I, hereby agree to this waiver of liability, the release of all claims, and the assumption of
risk and Indemnification (“Waiver and Release”).
I acknowledge and agree that I am allowing THE LILLO LLC to record me in their social
media video with the intent of it being posted.
I hereby allow THE LILLO LLC to use and post the recorded video, and/or images on
various sites and social media platforms.
I hereby waive any claims that I may have now and, in the future, release from all
liability, and agree not to sue THE LILLO LLC, its officers, agents, representatives,
vendors, or employees (hereinafter referred to as “Staff”) for any injury, death, product
damage, or loss sustained by me as a result of the videos and/or images due to any
cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of THE LILLO
LLC or mine, or damage as a result of war, civil unrest, refrigeration or epidemic.
I further agree that if I violate the terms of this agreement and attempt to bring a lawsuit
against the parties herein, I will be held responsible for the attorney’s fees and any
costs incurred in defending such action.
I accept all the inherent risks herein and the possibility of damage or loss resulting
therefrom.
In entering this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any oral, written, or visual
representations or statements by THE LILLO LLC, or any other inducement or coercion.
I confirm that, by my own free will, I have read and understood the Terms and
Conditions of this Wavier and Release before signing it and agree that this Waiver and
Release is fair and will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators,
and successors.
