VENDING MACHINE SERVICE CONTRACT

This Vending Contract (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contract’) is entered into as of
___________ (“Effective Date”) by and between SNACK BOX
VENDING LLC, of Smyrna 30080 and jelisajohnson@snackboxvending.net
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) and LINCOLN TECH COLLEGE (hereinafter
referred to as the ‘College’), collectively referred to as the ‘Parties’, both of whom agree
to be bound by this Contract.

  1. Purpose. Snack Box will supply Lincoln Tech College with vending machines at
    the College. Snack Box will stock the vending machines weekly or depending on
    school sale through while complying with COVID-19 regulations. The Company
    will provide complementary catering with notice in the companies (Snack Box)
    discretion.
  2. Maintenance. Snack Box shall maintain the machines in good working order and
    regularly maintain and clean them so that they do not detract from the
    appearance of the vending machine. All machines and equipment will be
    maintained, service, installed and uninstalled by Snack Box. For any service
    issues the College should contact Snack Box through their email or the following
    contact: 833-688-1255.
  3. Limitation of Liability. The Company shall release the College from all liabilities
    related to and arising out of the use of the machine(s).
  4. Term and Termination. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the
    effective date and continue for _ months. The Parties may mutually agree
    to continue with the term of this Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated
    at any time by either Party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.
  5. Compensation. The College will not provide any form of compensation to Snack
    Box.
  6. Legal and Binding Contract. This Contract is legal and binding between the
    Parties stated above. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to
    enter into this Contract.
  7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising between the Parties shall be solved in
    good faith through mediation.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Contract shall be
    governed by Georgia law.
  9. Entire Contract. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Contract
    represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the
    Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in
    writing to be signed by both Parties.
