VEHICLE SALE AGREEMENT
STATE OF NEW JERSEY
This Vehicle Sale Agreement sets out the terms and conditions upon which ________________ (the “Seller”) who resides at __________________________ (Seller’s Address) shall effect the sale of the Vehicle to __________________________ (the “Buyer”) who resides at _________________(Buyer’s address).
- ODOMETER DISCLOSURE
At the time of the sale of the vehicle registered________________ (enter number of miles on the odometer) on the odometer of the vehicle. The mileage shown on the odometer is correct and accurate as far as the Seller knows. The Seller further warrants that neither the Seller nor anyone else has tampered with the odometer before selling the Vehicle to the Buyer.
- OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
2.1The Seller warrants that all the details provided are accurate.
2.2The Seller has no affiliation with any car buying, selling or advertising group.
2.3 The Seller warrants that he is the true owner of the vehicle and that the Vehicle has not to the best of the Seller’s knowledge and belief been stolen and no other circumstances exist of which the Seller is aware which could reasonably affect the Seller’s good title to the Vehicle.
2.4 The Seller is the full owner of the Vehicle and has sole authority to sell the vehicle to the Buyer.
- There is no outstanding finance, residual, or debt of any kind attributed to the Vehicle.
- The Vehicle has a full service history and any/all accidents have been made fully known to the Buyer.
- The Seller has made the Buyer fully aware of any current faults of which he is reasonably aware with the Vehicle and that there are no deliberately hidden faults on the Vehicle.
- The Seller will provide the Buyer with all spare keys and the service manual upon payment.
- The Seller will provide the Buyer with all necessary paperwork and documentation relating to ownership of the Vehicle upon payment.
2.10 Once the Buyer has purchased the Vehicle and the payment has cleared the Seller is required to release the Vehicle into the Buyer’s possession.
2.11 The Seller is not liable for normal wear and tear, mileage, smog check, engine and transmission, paperwork, registration or subsequent defaults after the purchase of the vehicle.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
3.1 The Buyer is to pay the agreed price to the Seller.
3.2 The Buyer warrants that all details provided are accurate.
3.3 The Buyer is responsible for paying the correct Price for the vehicle as agreed between the parties.
3.4 The Buyer agrees that the Vehicle is sold “As Is” and that the Seller had not agreed to or promised any type of guarantee or warranty, whether expressly written or implied, the Buyer also agrees that the Seller will not be responsible for any defects, repairs, or other costs that may be associate with the vehicle being sold by the Seller to the buyer.
3.5 The Buyer has viewed the Vehicle at the Seller’s address and accepts the Vehicle in the current state.
4. PAYMENT OF THE VEHICLE
In consideration of the Vehicle, the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller $ 20,000, the Seller agrees hereby to release the title of the Vehicle as well as all interest in the vehicle, or any claim thereof, in favor of the Buyer.
5. VEHICLE DETAILS
Upon receipt of payment in full, the Seller agrees to transfer to the Buyer ownership of the following vehicle:

6. GENERAL
It is agreed that the Contract supersedes any prior discussions or propositions between the Parties
7. VARIATION
Any variation to this Vehicle Sale Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.
8. JURISDICTION
This Vehicle Sale Agreement is subject to the sole jurisdiction of the laws of State of New Jersey. Disputes under this Vehicle Sale Agreement shall be solved in good faith by mediation between the Parties.
