VAN PURCHASE AGREEMENT.

This Van Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered the ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Brittany Clark, Contact Info: _________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and Robell Bassett Contact Info:  ___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  1. SCOPE.
    1. The Seller is selling to the Buyer the Van Dodge Ram Promaster 2500, Registration details;

  1. The Parties agree and acknowledge that of the Effective Date herein, the Seller has not received the title to the Van as it has been delayed by the DMV. The Seller, shall upon receiving the title, mail it to the Buyer. The Buyer shall receive the title and use it to access a bank loan that shall be used to pay part of the payment for the Van.
  2. PAYMENT.

The Buyer shall pay a total of Twenty Four Five Hundred Dollars ($24,500) for the Van, Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000) by a Cashier’s Check on the Effective Date herein, and the balance Ten Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($10,500) once the Buyer has received the title to the Van. The balance can be cleared by Cashier’s Check or by bank transfer to the Seller.

  • LIABILITY.

The Buyer is aware that this is “as-is purchase” contract and that the Seller shall not be liable or responsible for any Van repairs and maintenance before the or after the Van’s ownership has been transferred to the Buyer. The Buyer shall be responsible for all and any necessary repairs and maintenance costs for the Van.

  • MODIFICATION.

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

In the event of disputes arising about the execution of this Agreement and/or performance of obligations stated herein, the Parties shall solve such issues through a mediation process.

  • GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ___________ [State/Country]. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in __________ [State/Country].
