USER AGREEMENT.

ACCEPTANCE

RELATIONSHIP WITH 3RIOPLUS PTE LTD.

3rioplus Pte LTD is not party to dealings between you and vendors and service provider on our platform. 3rioplus Pte LTD does not introduce vendors to clients. Our job as 3rioplus Pte LTD merely provides a platform where vendors can provide services and products to clients for themselves. 3rioplus Pte LTD does not supervise, direct or control vendors work, products and services. 3rioplus Pte LTD is not required to and may not verify any comments, feedback or information provided by the vendors or clients, nor do we perform any background checks on the vendors and clients.

OUR SERVICES AND PRICES.

We are a funeral service marketplace connecting clients to vendors. We are an e-commerce platform offering vendors who offer funeral products and services to prospective clients.

Our prices and the packages available for the services are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  1. for any unlawful purpose
  2. to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
  3. to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

You understand and acknowledge that the website is a market place connecting clients and vendors. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be without issues, however any issues arising out of you interactions with vendors shall be handled between you and the vendor. The Company shall not be held responsible for issues arising between you and the vendors.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

You agree that any disputes or claims that have arisen, or may arise between You and us (including disputes between you and third party agents or vendors on our platform) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

VARIATIONS.

We may revise this Agreement from time-to-time. Revised Agreement will apply to the use of this Website from the date of the publication of the revised Agreement on this Website.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This Agreement, together with other legal documents by the Company constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation with your use of this website.
