TRAINING AGREEMENT
This Trainer Agreement effective as of ________________________ (“Effective Date”)
is entered into by and between Nakie Martin of Empress Executive Lounge and Events
(hereinafter the “Organization”) and SnatchingBodies LA (hereinafter the “Trainer”).
Individually referred to as ‘Party’ collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The Parties intend
to be legally bound as follows:
1. SERVICES
The Trainer will employ expertise in providing the following services to the students:
body sculpting and body infusion. The Trainer will provide online training access, group
chat accessories, market and profit margin template. Trainer agrees to be fully
prepared for the session by reviewing any material prior to rendering their services. The
Class will include: 3 machines, 1 Certification, 6 Consent Forms, 6 Training Manual,
Body Sculpting Supply List, Online Training Access and Mentorship and
Troubleshooting.
The Students will learn to I-Lipo Therapy, Vacuum Therapy, Cavitation, Body Wrap,
Radio Frequency, Wood Therapy, Endermologie Machine, Skin Tightening, Cellulite
Reduction, Breast and Butt Lifts and Lymphatic System
The organization is required to provide tables and chairs and help facilitate the Training
process. The organization will also be responsible for shipment to 11003 Antione Dr.
Suite J Houston Texas 77086. If the Shipment is destroyed or lost, Nakie Martin will
compensate for any loss or damage.
2. TERM AND TERMINATION
The Trainer render the Training services for 8 hours from 8 am- 7 p.m. on 24 th and 25 th
September. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement between the
Parties. The Organization can terminate the agreement for non-performance, illegal
activity, competition and disclosure of confidential information.
3. COMPENSATION
In consideration of the services provided by the Trainer, for 5 students in attendance,
each student will be required to pay 800 .00 per person deposit by September 15 for the
body sculpting course date September 24. The remaining balance of 2,000 per person
is due by September 20.

5 students is required to pay 500.00 per person as a deposit to hold their spot by
September 14 for the body infusion course. The training date is September 23. The
remaining balance of 1,000 per person is due by September 19.
If the students fail to show up, the Trainer will charge 350.00 per person.
SnatchingBodiesLA will not offer any refunds if the class is cancelled.
4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
The Trainer is an independent contractor. The Trainer is an agent, representative or
partner of the Organization. The Trainer shall not have any right, power, or authority to
enter into any agreement for or on behalf of, or incur any obligation or liability of, or
otherwise bind, the other Party. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to
create an association, joint venture, partnership, and representative or employment
relationship between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon
either Party.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential information shall include contact lists, contact information, individuals and
businesses who related with the Organization and materials and logos developed by the
Organization among others. The Organization acknowledges that Trainers working for
the Organization may receive material which is regarded as Confidential. The Trainer
agrees not to reproduce, including but not limited to photocopying, emailing documents
to email accounts, scanning, printing extra copies of any article, study materials, writing
or project files unless for the purposes of Training only. This section shall inure after the
termination of this Agreement.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising between the Parties shall be solved in good faith through mediation.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the
Parties with respect to the transactions contemplated, and supersedes any and all prior
or contemporaneous oral or written representation, understanding, agreement or
communication between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof. Neither Party
is relying upon any warranties, representation, assurance, nor inducements not
expressly set forth herein.
