We need a few items from you to complete your new employee file. We’ve provided a W-9 form for you to complete and return to us.

 

We will also need a copy of your Driver’s License or State issued ID and a copy of your Social Security card to verify employment eligibility and citizenship. The information can be emailed to us directly at info@TopTierFinancialGroup.com. See page 2 for our employment agreement.

 

 

This independent contractor Agreement is entered on April 6, 2023, by and between Top Tier Financial Group Inc (Corporation), and Bruce Hughey (Independent Contractor), in consideration of the mutual promises made herein, as  follows:

 

 Services to be Rendered by Contractor

 

Bruce Hughey (Contractor) agrees to provide the following services:

 

  • Offer in Compromise submissions to the IRS or
  • Wage Garnishment Release
  • Bank Levy Release
  • Penalty Abatement Request for IRS or State
  • Tax Lien Subordination / Release

 

Compensation:

 

In consideration for the services to be performed by Bruce Hughey (Contractor), Top Tier Financial Group Inc (Corporation) agrees to pay (Contractor) Bruce Hughey’s corporation Everything Financial Inc the following for services provided.

 

  • Offer in Compromise submissions to the IRS or State will be paid $1,750, after a 10-case grace period. The 10-case grace period is put in place for new hires and described as follows; $875 upfront per case, and the remaining balance of $875 will be paid after the submission of Offer in Compromise documentation to the IRS or State.
  • Wage Garnishment Release $850 (paid upfront in full)
  • Bank Levy Release $850 (paid upfront in full)
  • Penalty Abatement Request for IRS or State $750 (paid upfront in full)
  • Tax Lien Subordination / Release $900 (paid upfront in full)

 

 

Hours of Operation

 

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST). Your position will be remote, and your services will be rendered case-by-case. However, your availability by phone or email correspondence is necessary to ensure services are being rendered.

 

Privacy Clauses

 

  1. Confidentiality

The Independent Contractor must keep all information about the Corporation and its clients secret, including personal and financial information and any other proprietary information supplied to the Independent Contractor, throughout their employment.

 

  1. Protection of Data

The Independent Contractor must take reasonable precautions to secure the Corporation’s and its clients’ data against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. The Independent Contractor must follow all applicable data protection rules and regulations.

  1. Use of information

The Independent Contractor may only use the information given by the Corporation and its clients to perform the services stated in this agreement. Without the prior agreement of the Corporation, the Independent Contractor may not use or disclose the information for any other reason.

  1. Notification of breach

In the case of a breach of confidentiality or data protection, the Independent Contractor must promptly notify the Corporation and take all necessary actions to rectify the breach.

  1. Information Return

Upon this contract’s termination, the Independent Contractor must return to the Corporation any information and data relating to the Corporation and its clients, including any copies.

  1. Third-party disclosure

Without the explicit approval of the firm, the Independent Contractor shall not reveal any information given by the Corporation or its clients to any third party.

 

Terms of Agreement

 

This Agreement will become effective on April 6, 2023, and will continue until Top Tier Financial Group Inc (Corporation) terminates the agreement or Bruce Hughey (Independent Contractor) provides a written statement confirming to no longer render services to Top Tier Financial Group Inc (Corporation).

 

By acknowledging this letter with your signature and submitting the information back to us, you declare that you have accepted the employment opportunity. Please respond to the offer within five days of receipt of the offer.

 

Governing Law:

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA.
