DV-120, ADDITIONAL REASONS I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE REQUEST FOR RESTRAINING ORDER
- I never made any threats. Petitioner misleads the Court by stating that I made threats against the persons named in the Restraining Order.
- My statement regarding Sarah Poetter did not amount to a threat. Petitioner stated that my statement that Sarah would die from her illness was a threat that required the issuing of a Restraining Order against me. Indeed, Sarah died from her illness on July 4, 2022, which is about four months after the Protective Order was issued.
- It is noteworthy that Sarah was a raging alcoholic and died from Pancreatic cancer.
- It is further notable that Sarah had racist tendencies. Notably, there were lawsuits filed by Kaiser West Los Angeles employees against Sarah, for being racist.
- My statement regarding Marla Hunt did not amount to a threat. Petitioner also stated that my statement that Marl might be right behind Sarah was a threat that needed the Court to issue a Restraining Order against me. Marla is currently very ill.
- It follows; illness is the cause of threat to the said persons. I am therefore wrongly accused.
- All the blame is put on my reactions despite me very empathetically letting Sarah know back in 2020, that I was emotionally vulnerable because I had dealt with vicious and was not able to handle continued bullying.
- My dismissal from work on August 28, 2020 had nothing to do with my ability to perform my duties at all. Petitioner has never been able to demonstrate exactly what duty(s) I was unable to perform. As a matter of fact, I went to work, did my work well, and cared for my patients during COVID.
- This Honorable Court should also note that I have not violated any terms of the TRO.
