TERMS OF USE.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, THE MEMBER, VENUE, AND BARTENDER TO READ THE TERMS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE OUR PRODUCTS.

ACCEPTANCE

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your State. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services or products.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.

We provide the following products and services for our members/users, venues and bartender;

MEMBER.

  • The Member herein has subscribed to the Company’s App, to have access to local venues that shall offer them complementary drinks from the venue’s specialized list of drinks that are offered for free. Each Member is required to be cordial, polite and respectful towards all venue partners. The Company and/or the App shall not be responsible for any length of waiting time for Member to receive ordered drinks.
  • The Subscription fess is _______ Dollars, payable ☐Monthly ☐Weekly In the event of incident investigation resulting in misbehavior by a Member, no refunds shall be given.
  • The Company shall not be held responsible for verification of drink ingredients, the Member shall take responsibility of inquiring with the venue about the drink ingredients.
  • The Member can terminate/cancel their subscription by not paying the subscription fees, and/or giving a Written Notice. The Company can at any time terminate/cancel the Member’s subscription and/or suspend drink claims during an incident investigation, attempts by the Member to misrepresent or circumvent membership policies and guidelines, and/or if there are any attempts by the Member to misrepresent interactions with the Company’s venue partners which shall result in permanent ban.

VENUE.

  • The Venue shall provide free complimentary drinks from the Venue’s specialized list of drinks the Company’s members. The Company does not require the members to make purchases outside of the membership, and any and all additional purchases and/or tips shall be completely voluntary. All images uploaded by the venues must be owned by the Venue of has the rights to use. All the offerings listed by venues and cover photos must be recent, accurate representation of the Venue. The Company reserves the right to prioritize Venues based on factors such as a) drink list quality, b) vicinity and c) newness to the Company’s App.
  • The Venue acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee that there shall be any revenue from the members
  • The Company requires that the members enter a birthdate that is 21 years or older, the Company shall not be held responsible for validating member’s age before the Venue provides the drinks. The Venue can refuse to offer drinks to members who are not yet 21 years.
  • The Company shall not be held responsible for any legal issues including but not limited to proprietary rights arising from the images and photos uploaded by the Venue on the App. The Venue shall assume sole responsibility for any such issues. The Venue shall defend and indemnify the Company against such issues.
  • The Venue can at any time terminate/cancel this Agreement by issuing a _____ Day written notice stating reasons for termination. The Company reserves that right to un-list venues from the Company’s App during any incident investigation and/or verification process.

BARTENDER.

  • The Bartender has signed up on the Company’s App to get tips through third party Apps from the Company’s user. The Bartender acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee any tips from signing up on the Company’s App. The Company shall not be held responsible for issuing arising from any payments or received through Venmo or CashApp. The Bartender understands the Company does not require members to make any purchases outside the membership.
  • The Bartender acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee that there shall be any revenue from the members, and that all purchases and/or tips shall be completely voluntary.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the State of ___________, United States.

VARIATIONS.

We may revise the Terms of Use from time-to-time. Revised Terms of Use will apply to the use of this Website from the date of the publication of the revised Terms of Use on this Website.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

These Terms of Use, together with other legal documents by the Company constitute the entire agreement between you and Us in relation with your use of this website.
