TERMS OF SERVICE.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that
shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with
Floss Hair LLC.

  1. SHIPPING.
    Orders are processed and received 3-7 business days. On average, customers receive their orders
    within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Once shipped, international orders
    can take up to 10 business days for delivery. For specific international delivery times, please
    refer to the USPS website. For more information on international shipping, please see below.
    During huge sales, it can take up to 10 business days (International orders 14 business days)
    depending on the volume of sales. Floss Hair LLC ships worldwide 5 days a week (Monday-
    Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders
    placed Friday-Sunday will not beginning processing until Monday.
  2. SHIPPING DELAYS.
    i. All orders are subject to order verification and security checks.
    Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders, where the billing address differs from the
    shipping address, may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order. When
    using Pay pal we suggest customers’ ship address that is confirmed on the pay pal site. We
    suggest customers use the same billing address as a shipping address to prevent shipping delays
    due to mandatory verification checks. We suggest checking out using PayPal if the billing
    address differs from the shipping address to prevent order delay. Floss Hair LLC is not liable for
    shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays, order
    verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered
    on our website.
    Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of
    shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate
    to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you
    will be responsible for reshipment. NOTE: We ship using USPS and in certain cases FedEx
    COVID-19 NOTICE: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected businesses all around the
    world, it is likely that there shall be delays in shipping to some areas. Kindly bear with us.
    ii. International Orders
    Prices quoted on the Floss Hair LLC website includes products purchased as well as shipping.
    Pricing does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. International orders may be subjected to
    custom and duty charges. Please understand we cannot do anything about this. This is pertaining
    to your country’s rules. Please note that international customers are responsible for any fees such
    as import duties, customs, and local taxes that may be required for delivery to your country.
    Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country so we recommend contacting your country’s
    customs department for estimated rates. International shipping is 6-10 business days via USPS.
    However, shipping delays may occur due to Customs Clearance. Floss Hair LLC is not
    responsible for shipping delays due to Customs Clearance. After placing your order you will

receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. You can use this number to track the
progress of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number to track
your order.

  1. RETURN POLICY.
    We at Boss Floss Hair LLC’s goal is to give you great quality hair for a great price. We want you
    to fall in love with our hair and customer service. We will accept returns in exchange for store
    credit only. All exchange credit will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within
    7 days of purchase. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.
    All purchases are final. For exchanges, the hair must be returned in its original new, unused,
    unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange
    credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange it without the
    original receipt. You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase
    package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue an exchange credit.
    We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not
    responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair.
    Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you will like to exchange
    for we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair. We will process your exchange
    and new order all at once.
    When ordering please ensure the correct address. Floss Hair LLC will apply for a $10.00
    undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addressed caused by customer error.
    Order Verification
    The safety and security of our customers is the utmost priority of Floss Hair LLC. To this end,
    Floss Hair LLC seeks to create an optimal shopping environment against identity theft and fraud
    by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. Floss Hair LLC has created a highly
    sophisticated algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases but not limited to:
     The billing address on the customer’s order does not match the credit card used in the
    transaction
     The shipping address provided in the order is different from the billing address
     Unusual shopping patterns
  2. CANCELLATION POLICY
    Floss Hair LCC will process orders between 1-2 business days. If you decide to cancel your
    order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly refund your order with proof of cancellation
    attempt within 48 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we will have to have the hair back
    in our possession before the refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in its
    original new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and
    saleable condition for refund. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not
    refund without the original receipt. You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt

located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a
refund.

  1. CANCELLATION BY FLOSS HAIR LLC
    As a member, you agree that Floss Hair LLC may, without any prior written notice, immediately
    suspend, terminate, discontinue and/or limit your account, any email associated with your
    account, and access to any of our Services. The cause for such termination, discontinuance,
    suspension and/or limitation of access shall include, but is not limited to:
    a) any breach or violation of our TOS or any other incorporated agreement, regulation
    and/or guideline;
    b) by way of requests from law enforcement or any other governmental agencies;
    c) the discontinuance, alteration and/or material modification to our Services, or any part
    thereof;
    d) unexpected technical or security issues and/or problems;
    e) any extended periods of inactivity; and/or
    f) any engagement by you in any fraudulent or illegal activities;
  2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
    All customers are responsible for their own shipping, duty fees, and customs charges. Floss Hair
    will not pay those fees. The amount on the fees depends on the country rules and regulations in
    which this is outside of Floss Hair prices. Shipping and delivery can take up to 10 business days
    to receive.

  3. PRIVACY POLICY.
    Your privacy is important to us. Floss Hair LLC values customer privacy as an important part of
    our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Floss Hair LLC
    users. Floss Hair LLC is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will
    not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information and personal information to
    any third party without your permission. If you were linked to our site by another site, we cannot
    be responsible or held liable for their actions. We may disclose your personal information only if
    required by law to do so or you have violated our terms of service.
    The security of your personal information is important to us. Credit card payments are encrypted
    through SSL. This is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a
    web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and
    browsers remain private and integral.
    NOTE: We reserve the right to modify this privacy at any time. We recommend that you review
    our site frequently for any changes.
  4. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION.
    In order to use the Floss Hair LLC website, we may require information from you in order to
    provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored,
    particularly in regards to sales, support, and accounts, including email. Any information

collected by Floss Hair LLC is collected via your input or correspondence from you to us. This
may be via telephone or email. We collect Full name, Email address, shipping address, phone
number, billing address, and credit/debit card information.
