HeartBeat Designs offers shipping services only accepting US orders ONLY. HeartBeat Designs offers badges and keychains that are sealed with UV resin and long exposure to sunlight may cause discoloration to vinyl. HeartBeat Designs offers special instructions on some items on how to care for them to ensure longevity.
PAYMENT.
You acknowledge to pay all fees required before the items are made. Once the payment has been received and verified, HeartBeat Designs shall issue a tracking number as soon as the items are shipped.
CUSTOM REQUESTS.
Custom requests must be included in the note section upon check out, or the item selected shall be made and shipped to the Client. Any particular customization requests must be communicated to Heartbeat Designs via social media platforms (i.e customization to a tumbler other than what is provided on the website).
INDEMNITY/RELEASE.
You agree to insure and hold HeartBeat Designs blameless for any loss, damage and/or mishandled packages. Any complains shall be communicated to HeartBeat Designs by email at _________________.
