You shall use our Website to match Human Resources, and IT specialists organize fair events on third-party platforms.
APPLICATION
You will have to sign up, including your user’s name, email address, and personalized password. You will be required to disclose your Company Name, legal name, and address and answer a questionnaire.
PAYMENT
By using our services, legal users are bound to pay an event participation fee, if any, and a success fee (per each hired specialist) described in the offer for each event.
NOTIFICATION AND FEES
You agree to notify US immediately of any offer of an Arrangement you make to the Aspirant or if the Arrangement introduced by US is accepted.
In the event an Aspirant is Promised as a result of an Introduction by US you shall pay US an agreed fee.
The invoice shall be paid within 14 days’ from the date of receipt of the invoice. If the fee is based on the Aspirant’s salary or other remuneration, you agree to provide US with sufficient details of such remuneration.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree and acknowledge that the Site and its elements are the company’s property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and any other applicable laws. The company authorizes you to download and use the Site for its services.
INDEMNIFICATION
BY USING THESE SERVICES OFFERED BY US, YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE COMPANY FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITY, INJURY, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE IN TERMS OF ANY MISUSE OF THE SITE, BREACH OF THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS OR ANY VIOLATION OF ANY LAW.
