PAYMENT
The payment for the service is a flat rate of a one-time fee of $99.99. The charges will be paid through your credit card on the merchant account.
REFUND POLICY
There is a refund policy of sixty (60) days. There shall be no dispute or chargeback without communicating the same to the Company representatives via email.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
The Company is an independent contractor acting in its capacity as an independent contractor and therefore does not represent any telecom company in any official capacity.
NON-AFFILIATION
The Company is not affiliated associated or partnered with any telecom company.
INDEMNIFICATION
By using these services offered by us, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the company from any claims, damages, liability, injury, or third-party claims arising from your use of our services in terms of any misuse, breach of the terms of these terms or any violation of any law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the state of ______________.
MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms from time to time for any reason at our discretion without notice.
