You shall use our website services for the created purpose which is to sell high-end, hand-made products to our customers with our main products being boot builds.
PRIVACY POLICY
You agree and acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy policy, and you will adhere to the guidelines laid out.
PAYMENT
The payments for the products differ as they are custom-made to fit the specific customer. However, our main product, boot builds starts from the price range of £1349.
DELIVERY
We Aim to manufacture and dispatch your Boot Builds in 10-18 days, including queue time.
The delivery time for all other standard products is 3-4 business working days.
INSTALLATION
All orders by the customer will be required to be fit and installed by the customers themselves or to be taken to an experienced individual as there may be a need to drill holes in their existing car boot and/or other mounting places
REFUNDS
There shall be NO REFUNDS on boot builds and ALL OTHER custom-made items as they are all hand-made custom and manufactured for the specific customer after they have placed the order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree and acknowledge that the site and its elements are the company’s property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and any other applicable laws.
The Company authorizes you to download and use the site for its purpose.
INDEMNIFICATION
By using these services offered by us, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the company from any claims, damages, liability, injury, or third-party claims arising from your use of our website in terms of any misuse of the site, breach of the terms of these terms or any violation of any law.
We are not responsible for damage/loss of product during transportation
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
