SUBSCRIPTION.
The Company offers you a 30 days free trial of our services. Upon expiry of the 30 days, you shall pay a subscription fees to access our services and/or products “Subscription Fees”. Refer to our Pricing page for the subscription fees. “Subscription Billing Date” is the date you purchase your first subscription to the service. Your account shall be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees for the next subscription period.
In case you wish to discontinue your subscription, you must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing of the next periodic fee to your account.
We have partnered with Paddle, Paddle shall be responsible for taking care of payment processing and taxes. You acknowledge and understand that Paddle is partnering with the Company and shall handle the payment, the Company does not have access to your billing information.
As a subscriber, you can add other users, who are not yet subscribed, to your subscription. If you delete the user from your subscription and they don’t pay any subscription fees, the Company shall terminate the user’s access to the services.
The Company may, at any time, end your access to this services if you fail to secure your own subscription.
REFUND.
We do not offer any refunds, this in consideration of the 30 days free trial every member gets when they first use our service.
TAXES.
Transactions between us and you or any affiliate partners such as Paddle maybe subject to tax. You agree that you are responsible for all of the taxation consequences of your access and/or use of this service.
SECURITY.
The Company has a “Remember me” option on the login page, which stores your information in the “local storage of web browser”. The credentials shall be transferred over a secure connection. Your password is generated, but securely hashed and stored in the website’s database. The Website uses MongoDB as the site’s cloud database provider which uses Microsoft Azue. The Website uses Google Analytics to monitor user behavior.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Except as expressly set out in these terms or to the extent required by non-excludable law, we are not liable for any data loss, data breach or damage, however caused (including, but not limited to, by our negligence) suffered by you in connection/access to these website or your use of this service (even as a registered member). You agree to indemnify us for all damages, losses, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including legal costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of this Website, your breach of these Website terms, any information that you provide to us via this Website or any damage that you may cause to this Website. This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, trade mark infringement and breaches of any kind including data breach and data loss.

All intellectual property rights in this website, including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings and all software relating to this Website belong to or are licensed by us.
