4. Refund and Return policy
Returns
Should the purchased product or item be not suitable to you for some reason, you have the right to return it during 14 days’ time and get 100% refund. The returning product or item shall not be used, must be in its original packaging and must accompany with a receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive your product return, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive your refund promptly, per your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed following the laws of Bermuda , without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Bermuda Arbitration Act 1986.
