RE: TERMINATION OF LEGAL SERVICES
I refer to the letter dated October 29, 2021 addressed to you, whose contents you failed to comply with.
In light of the above, I have decided to terminate legal relationship with respect to Michelle Askar, et al. v. Charles betters, et al. Consolidated cases C.C.P Beaver County, Pennsylvania; Docket #: 11305 of 2013 and 11306 of 2013. I have chosen to proceed Pro Se as I believe will best suit the needs of my on-going case. Nonetheless, I appreciate the time and attention you have spent attending to my case.
I am terminating this relationship because I do not feel that your area of legal expertise appropriately matches the needs of my case. Further, your conduct in failing to initiate discussions of the case has led me to believe you no longer wish to provide legal services on my behalf. I believe there is more progress that can be made in the case and your silence does not give assurance that the proper actions will be taken.
I request that you send a copy of my case file immediately to the address above so that I may familiarize myself with its contents. You may send your final bill to the same address.
