This is last message I received from the judge. I want to file another summary judgement motion urging the court for judgement in my favor because the other party has not responded to her message and in the interest of justice there should be no more delays.
I expect to have a ruling on the Motion for Summary Judgement out shortly. However, since we have not yet had a pre-hearing conference, we will need to reschedule the hearing that was originally scheduled to take place tomorrow. I just wanted to confirm that the originally scheduled hearing date is cancelled and new dates will be set if I deny the Agency’s Motion.
