This Sub-Contractor Service Agreement is made on _______________ by and between XXX LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “contractor”) and ___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Sub-Contractor”) together referred to as “parties.”
WHEREAS the Sub-contractor is a contractor in the business of working with other Contractors to complete assignments;
THEREFORE, the parties have herein agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and provisions; –
The purpose of this Agreement is for the Sub-contractor to engage their services in working with the Contractor to provide the agreed services.
The Sub-contractor herein agrees to follow the scope of work in this agreement.
This Agreement will start from the date of signing below (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), and the performance of this Agreement shall be for a term of one year.
- Payment Terms.
The Contractor shall pay the Sub-contractor the agreed amount of _________ per month for the provided services.
The payments shall be either by direct deposit or cash.
- Supply List.
The parties herein agree that the Subcontractor shall be responsible for supplying its own supplies and employees.
The parties may terminate the provision of the services under this Agreement by issuing a 30 days’ Notice of cancellation which shall be effective at the end of the notice period.
The reasons for termination shall be because of any action that violates professional conduct.
- Governing Law.
The terms and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Florida.
The duties and obligations stipulated under this Agreement shall not be assignable to any third parties not privy to the Agreement herein without written prior consent from the other party.
Suppose any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, it shall be severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the other provisions of this agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
