SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
This Sponsorship Agreement is made on ________________ by and between
_________________ a specialized Company in the field of care, management, and
organization of parties, conferences, and events (hereinafter referred to as "Party A")
and _______________ Specialized in ___________ (hereinafter referred to as
"Party B"). Together referred to as the parties.
WHEREAS the parties herein agree that with their full qualifications to contract
together, as follows:
1. Purpose.
Party B herein has agreed that Party A would sponsor and manage all ceremonies or
ceremonies held in the state of Party B’s team, which is located in the United States
of America, they are three ceremonies during the month of November of 2023 and in
the place and time specified by Party A.
2. Effective Date.
This agreement shall be effective from __________ (hereinafter the “Effective
Date”).
3. Allowance and method of Payment.
The two parties agree that the allowance for the care and management provided by
Party B to Part A is $__________, which Party A shall pay as follows: –
i. 50% an advance payment
ii. 50% a second payment (within 48 hours before the ceremony)
The above mentioned payments shall be made through ___________.
4. Obligations
For Party A.
Party A undertakes to make all arrangements and preparations for ceremonies
subject to the contract, including preparing places, setting times, and sponsoring the
party.
Both parties agree that the major party among the ceremonies intended to be held
will be in Chicago and will attract between 3000 to 4000 people, while the other
ceremonies will attract between 1000 to 1800 people.
For Party B.
Party B undertakes and vows to; –
i. Pay all dues stipulated in the contract in full and without any delay.
ii. Assist Party A by placing advertisements on its affiliated sites.
5. Commitment.
The parties herein agree that _____________ would be the sponsor of
___________.
Party A is committed to conducting a major advertising campaign in which the
sponsor is mentioned clearly.
Party B shall be given 10 free ticket.
6. Breach of obligations.
In the event Party B breaches any of the obligations stipulated in this contract, it
owes an amount of $25,000 as a breakdown and damage to Party A, and I will be
paid directly without the need for notification or warning, and without Party A holding
any responsibility.
7. Notices.
It is agreed between the parties that the email of the team is approved for the
purposes of notifications, correspondence and notices, as:
gm@mazajentertainment.com for Party A and ___________________ for Party B.
8. Dispute Resolution.
In the event of any dispute that may arise from the implementation of any provision
of this agreement, the Tennessee State Court shall have jurisdiction over any
dispute.
9. Undue influence.
This contract was conducted with the consent and acceptance of the parties, and
they acknowledge that they have read the contract clearly and understood it without
any ambiguity, and that they expressly agree to everything contained herein.
10. Waiver.
Suppose either party fails to enforce any provision contained within this Agreement.
In that case, it shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to
subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this
Agreement.
11. Severability.
Should any provision contained within this Agreement be deemed invalid or
unenforceable, in part or whole, such invalidity or unenforceability will attach only to
the particular condition or part of this Agreement. In contrast, the remaining aspects
of said provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect.
12. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the complete and entire Agreement between the parties.
There are no other promises or conditions, oral or written, outside of what is
contained herein in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or
oral agreements between both parties.
13. Modification.
The provisions and terms of this Agreement may be modified only by writing and
signed by both parties.
