Our Company has a strong and positive leadership hence a healthy working environment.
We have a code of conduct as a company which describes legal and ethical behaviors expected from the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and any of our respective agents including the employees. These codes enhance the Company’s core values, beliefs and set the right culture.
Our objective as a company is to make work easier by providing professional services to our clients in a fast and efficient way.
Timing
Our Company will be available to start working with you after this proposal and a service agreement has been signed on the effective date the Client selects.
Payment terms
MobiMeals (Company) will charge the client a 15% commission fee for using MobiMeals Service Platform.
The Company shall give the Client the remaining 85% via e-transfer on a weekly basis since all the food order payments from customers go to the Company’s bank account. The transfer of the remaining cash shall be made every Friday.
This proposal has been made, construed and interpreted according to the laws of Texas and any agreement that arises from this proposal shall be made, construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas.
