SERVICE AGREEMENT
This SERVICE AGREEMENT (‘’this Agreement’’) is entered into by and between __________________________ of address ___________________________ (“the Company”) and ________________________ of address __________________________ (“The Client”) on ________________________ (Effective date).
This agreement spells out the terms and conditions under which the services provided to the client and services performed by the Company will be executed.
In consideration of the premises, and of the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained, the parties, intending to be legally bound, do agree as follows:
- Services
- The Company installs vinyl decal onto personal and business properties such as vehicles and buildings.
- The Client herein has requested the Company to install the vinyl decal on the following properties:

- Payment
A sum of $ _________________________shall be deposit by Client to cater for services.
- Extra services
We charge an extra fee of $25 per hour for the removal of old decals and /or stickers. This fee will be charged in the original invoice before commencement of the work.
- Intellectual Property
The Company owns the right to use the pictures and videos of the work performed regarding the installed vinyl decal on the Client’s property. However, this right shall not infringe the right to privacy of the Client. The pictures and videos shall not identify the details of the Client in any way. They shall be used solely for advertisement purposes.
- Refunds
There shall be no refunds after completion of work. This is because of the nature of the vinyl decal which are permanent stickers. Before the commencement of the installation, the Client is advised to confirm all details to avoid any issues that may arise. All sales are final.
- Limitations of Liability
The Company is only liable to you for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Exemption from or limitation on liability for damages under any relevant paragraph also applies to any claims that may exist against employees or agents of our Company.
By signing this contract, you agree that under no circumstances shall our Company or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our products.
The Client understands that they are sticking a permanent vinyl decal onto their property. Company cannot guarantee that the vinyl decal will not cause any damage to paint or glass. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort.
The above limitations of liability apply to all claims for damages no matter what the legal grounds may be, inclusive of tortuous acts; they do not apply to potential liability according to the regulations on product liability. The rights of the consumers based on the consumer protection laws in force are not affected.
- Governing laws
This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made, executed, and delivered in the State of Ohio and shall be construed per the laws of the State of Ohio.
