SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (hereafter “the Agreement”) is made on the…………day of January, Two Thousand and nineteen (2019).

BETWEEN;

XXX, a…………..(here, describe the company/person engaging your services. example could be “a Company domiciled and carrying out business within the United States of America (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)” of the one part;

AND

Dencom, digital marketing agency domiciled and carrying out business on 2590 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80205 within the United States of America (hereinafter referred to as “the contractor”) of the other part.

WHEREAS;

  1. The Company carries out the business of ……………..; (depending on the nature of business of the company or person engaging your services);
  2. The Contractor is a digital marketing agency providing marketing solutions to realtors, lenders, and property managers;
  3. The Company is desirous of sourcing the marketing services of the Contractor;
  4. The Contractor has agreed to render the marketing services to the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
