LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
This Limited Workmanship Warranty applies to workmanship done by agents and/or employees of Reimagine Roofing Limited.
The Warranty Period for workmanship done by agents and/or employees of Reimagine Roofing Limited is five (5) years from the date of project acceptance.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
If Owner/Buyer alleges a defect in workmanship within 48 hours of its discovery, and Owner/Buyer provides written notice to Reimagine Roofing of such defect within the same period, Reimagine Roofing shall pay direct costs for accessory, equipment or part repairs resulting therefrom. The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of Owner/Buyer and the sole liability of Reimagine Roofing for repair of defective workmanship.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in workmanship.
This Limited Workmanship Warranty is transferable.
