R&L ADVISING MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This R&L Advising Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the
“Agreement”) is entered into on this ________ day of _______ 20XX. Between
__________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and ___________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). Together referred to as the “parties”.
WHEREAS parties have agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions; –
1. Membership Qualification.
The parties herein agree that for the Client to be qualified; –
i. The Client must have Paid In full.
ii. The Client must be in Good Standing and Active.
iii. The Client must have Completed six Months in Credit Rehab.
iv. The Client must have at least a 580-credit score.
v. The Client must be using a paid credit monitoring company (Identity IQ or
Experian only).
2. Services.
The Membership program was created to help clients maintain their high credit
scores.
Our members will receive unlimited credit advising and disputing for all three credit
bureaus.
3. Payments.
Parties herein agree that payment will be; –
i. In total, $150 down and 45 a month until the Agreement is terminated (there
will be a charge of a $15 late payment fee).
ii. $400 for six months
iii. $600 for a year
R&L BCA Membership (Business Credit Advising Membership) is $250 down $100 a
month for 12 months. ($1250 annually)
All clients can receive a discount rate on Life Insurance (time to build generational
Wealth)
4. Cancelation.
The Client may cancel membership anytime, but once the paper has been mailed
off, no refund is given for that downpayment (for example, if your 1st round has not
been shipped and you cancel before we ship, you get a full refund. If not, No refund
is given for the down payment)
5. Benefit.
i. The Benefits of being an R&L PCA Member (Personal credit Advising
member) are; -Unlimited Credit Advising and Disputing.
ii. Top priority when shipping paperwork (Members get done first).
iii. Learn how to find multiple ways to raise funds for investing by having good
credit.
iv. Learn how to turn credit into cash.
v. Setup Business Credit Profile with Dun and Bradstreet, Experian Business,
Equifax Business.
vi. Secure funding for the company to have working capital
vii. Learn how to use personal credit to build business credit faster
viii. Learn how to add trades to establish tradelines on the business credit report
ix. Learn what vendors report to business credit bureaus (all vendors don’t
report)
x. Learn how to Invest In cryptocurrency (learn how to turn credit into investing,
then Investing into Cash
xi. Learn how to use credit cards to make money from Investing every month
xii. Learn how to find multiples ways to raise funds for investing by having good
credit
xiii. Learn how to turn credit into cash
6. Governing Law.
This agreement may be construed by and in accordance with the laws of
_____________.
7. Dispute Resolution.
In the event of any dispute between the parties, the same shall be referred to a
mediator who shall try to resolve the dispute amicably, failure of which shall be
referred to arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding.
Parties shall cater for their costs.
8. Amendment.
Either party may amend the terms herein by reducing the same into writing and
signed by both parties to be binding.
9. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties herein and
supersedes any prior written or oral Agreement, promises, or negotiations.
10. Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the same
shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
WHEREAS the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed on the date
