RETURN POLICY

However, we are alive to the fact that sometimes a customer may be unsatisfied with the product they receive. We value your opinion to help us serve you better, and we strive to meet your needs. We, therefore, provide for return policy on our products. You may request to get the returned product exchanged for another product or get a refund on your cash. If you exchange for a lower value product, we will refund you the balance, but you will need to settle the balance if the product is of a higher value. We will process returns and refunds within seven days of receiving them.

 Our return policy is, however, subject to the following rules:

  1. The product must be returned within seven days of you receiving it. After these seven days, we will not process any returns.
  2. The product must be unopened, unworn, and untampered.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  4. If the product is defective, you will need to send pictorial evidence of the defect and describe the defect. 
  5. We will pay for the return shipping on defective or incorrect orders made by us. You are responsible for return shipping for any other return.
