RETURN POLICY

dissatisfied with the item they get, nevertheless. We value your feedback to help us serve you
better, and we endeavor to meet your needs. As a result, we offer a return policy for our goods.
We process returns after seven days of receipt of the return request.
You can ask to have the returned item exchanged for a different item.
Be sure to include your order information and the reason(s) for the return.
You have seven days from the time you get the product to return it. We will not process
any returns after these seven days.
You must not have tampered with the product.
The product has to be sent back in its original packaging.
If the product is defective, you must give photographic proof of the defect (where
applicable) and a description of the defect.
If we delivered an inaccurate order, or the product is damaged, we’ll pay for the return
shipping. For any other return, you are liable for the return shipping costs.
We give credit lines from customer financing provided by our third-party lenders: Acima,
American First Finance, and Progressive financing. We will cancel your order and give
you 9% of the financing subject to you allowing us to handle the lease for the lease term.
