REFUND, SHIPPING, EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. You can initiate a return after delivery if:
- You have eligible reasons such as wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process.)
- “Change of mind” – You can return items if you change your mind but refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact and if the product is in no way tampered with.
When returning an item. Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. You can return your item by dropping it off at our pickup points or address.
Exchange Policy
For you to successfully exchange an item, select the item you want to exchange, and select a reason for return. An exchange order will be created with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. Return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and the exchange items.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your original method of payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
