Returns
Layers and Bundles’ aim is to always to provide high-quality hair products and extensions that are fault free and undamaged. Our hair products and extensions are thus final sale. On occasion, however, hair products may need to be returned. These Terms and Conditions govern returns: if you receive goods that do not match those you ordered, please contact us immediately with an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and return. We will not allow a return if the item has ANY signs of being worn or tampered with in any way. Our hair extensions cannot be washed, fingered through, combed, cut, brushed, or taken out of the bundle.
Refunds
Once we receive your product return, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive your refund promptly, per your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
