COMES NOW, Plaintiff, ESTHER ATAM, and files this Response to the Notice of Ruling. In response thereof, Plaintiff asserts as follows:
On May 11, 2023, Defendant posted a Notice of Ruling that states that Plaintiff is ordered to post a $10,000 dollar deposit within 30 days of the ruling on May 9th, 2023.
This Notice of Ruling filed by Defendants continues to demonstrate their fraudulent behavior because Hon. Judge Small Michael, who was already disqualified, from this case, ordered defendants to post the $10,000 security deposit, not plaintiff. A true and correct copy is attached as to EXHIBIT A.
