I am in receipt of your response that requests information regarding the number of units shipped with the corresponding dates. However, I will like to bring to your attention that we started promoting the product on April 1, 2021, and since then we have had 0 sales for the following models PHY011, F016-7, HK-Bf-82233 and BF998, and BF085. We were just drop shipping the products on behalf of Aliexpress.com and we have not physically handled the products. Kindly note that dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn’t keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product using the dropshipping model, it purchases the item from a third party and has it shipped directly to the customer.
Please consult with Aliexpress.com with regard to the number of units sold by them in North America. As mentioned previously in our undertaking, we will cease distributing, shipping, selling, or offering for sale the said faucets on our website or any of our platforms.
I hope this settles any concerns regarding the said models.
