I am looking for case law regarding these 2 very specific areas under Sexual Assault Law.
1. Case law of examples of situations where defendants successfully “took reasonable steps to ascertain consent”. Highlight the reasonable steps taken.
2. Case law surrounding situations where two people are making out, and one revokes consent during a certain amount of time in the kiss 3 seconds, The act is then stopped immediately. With the ruling not being deemed as a sexual assault. Both defendants and complainants admitted to making out for a certain amount of time.
