Her day-to-day activities mainly focuses on indirectly boosting the sales of Audi, by building the Audi Score Card which maintains the Customer satisfaction matrix and dealer employee matrix. She works on external vendor files which contains the sensitive data that is not accessible from offshore due to company’s security policies, which is causing delay in critical changes that needs to go live and effecting the business growth. Vendor visits onsite once in a month; she has to attend the meetings with the vendors to gather the business requirements which will identify the gaps between vendor and company’s day to day interactions and propose the future Information Technology solutions.
Her responsibilities at end client may include the following but not limited to:
- Interacting with Vendors to gather business requirements and creating requirement documents.
- Involved in decision making process related to business which impacts company’s sales.
- Designing and developing Complex ETL mappings based on business requirements.
- Monitoring and supporting Production jobs which are running on the servers situated at onsite and will have security concerns accessing them from offshore.
- Analyzing and data profiling data in files received from external vendors
- Interacting with vendors to discuss file structures and data modules.
- Unit testing the developed ETLs, creating the ETL test plans and implementing the Code Review, Formal Testing, and Specification Testing.
XXXX is needed at the client location as soon as possible to perform her roles, undertake her responsibilities and to make sure the critical changes are delivered on time to safeguard the client’s business and sales.
