I am Darniqua Daneen McConnell, a resident of the State of California. On 01/26/2022, Julian Parker Owens rear ended my vehicle. Julian was driving a white 2017 Honda Civic, license no. 7XZS398. Darniqua was driving a red 2014 Nissan Maxima, license no. 7ETJ511. The collision was caused by Julian who was inattentive while using his phone when driving. The traffic collision report is attached.
I would like to recover damages for injury, loss, pain and suffering. Pursuant to Boicourt v. Amex Ins. Co. (2000) 78 Cal. App. 4th 1390, I hereby request Nationwide Insurance to avail written confirmation of Julian Parker Owens’ applicable policy limits in order to assess the viability of this claim for early and immediate resolution without further inconvenience to the involved parties.
