duress, I was put under into signing the property sale agreement of the property
located at 78-6665 Ali' I drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740(TMK no. (3) 7-8-014-
012), the property was sold and the money held in escrow.

escrow company to allow them to release a portion of the earnest money deposit

money soon and other buyers are trying to get the money too.
