REPAIR AGREEMENT
This Agreement effective as of ______________________ (‘Effective Date’) is entered
into by and between _________________________ (‘Company’) and
___________________________ (‘Client’). Individually referred to as ‘Party’, and
collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The Parties intend to be legally bound as follows:
1. Purpose. The Company carries out light fixtures, sink and toilet crack repairs.
After the completion of the repairs, the Client will not hold the Company
responsible for any damages to the fixtures after the repair is complete.
2. Compensation. In consideration for the repairs done, the Client will reimburse
the Client the following amount: ________________________. Payment is due
after the completion of services by the Client.
3. Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement will commence on the
effective date and continue effectively until the item is fixed.
4. Disputes. Any disputes arising between the Parties shall be solved in good faith
through mediation.
5. Governing Law. This Agreement may be construed and interpreted according to
the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding
between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
