RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into between ____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Boutique”) and _______________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). Together herein referred to as “parties.”
WHEREAS the boutique is looking for a sponsorship of its business, the parties have mutually agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions; –
This agreement shall be binding for a period of XX days from the date of signing hereof. For anything past XX days, the client shall be required to pay the full price of the item. The client is required to try on the outfit XX days before the shooting to ensure everything fits so that the boutique has a proper notification to replace items if need be.
Parties herein agree that the boutique shall rent out the clothes to the client for a certain period and an agreed fee.
Parties agree that the client shall pay a one-time non-refundable deposit of the desired clothing amount borrowed and the client shall be responsible for cleaning the clothes back into their original condition.
Parties agree that proof of receipt shall be required during the return of the clothes, failure of which the client will be required to pay the full price for the clothes with no exception.
The parties herein agree that there shall be no defamation of character and in the event, a party is unhappy with the services provided, the boutique shall try to resolve the issue amicably if it does not work, the client agrees and acknowledges not to air out the disagreements on any social media.
- Governing law.
The terms in this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in its entirety by, the laws of the State of XXXX.
- Dispute Resolution.
Any suit involving a dispute or matter arising under this Agreement may be referred to the Small Claims Court.
- Credits.
The Client herein agrees to give credits as a wardrobe stylist on any upcoming movie in which the boutique will provide clothes and/or accessories to the boutique.
Parties agree that the terms of this agreement may be terminated at any time for the following reasons; –
- If the items are damaged
- If there is no receipt of the cleaning bill
- Retaining the clothes for longer than agreed without proper notification or extension request.
- Breach of the terms of this agreement
- Modification
In case of any modification to the terms of this Agreement, the same shall be binding upon the parties once the same is signed.
Suppose any provision of the Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable. In that case, such a court may interpret any such provision to the fullest extent of the law. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Neither party may not transfer any of their rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
he Terms under this Agreement shall bind the respective permitted successors and assigns.
The waiver by either of the parties of the breach of any provision of these Terms by the other shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or other violations by that other party.
