As you may are aware, the above-referenced trademark registration was granted for a ten-year period, after which period renewal is required to further extend protection of your interest in the Trademark for an additional 10 years. Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property (FLPIP), applications for renewal shall be made to the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI).
