I hereby represent that I have inspected the project provided by the Company and it fulfills all my needs.
I hereby acknowledge that the project may be exposed to some risks after it has been delivered i.e. hacks, loss of capital or any scammy situation. I hereby agree to indemnify and release the Company from any risks, losses or damages that may occur to the project after it has been delivered.
I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, consultants, successors, heirs, administrators and all other related persons, firms, corporations, associations, or partnerships, associated with the project of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation whatsoever, which I may now have in the future as a result of the project.
I hereby represent that this Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between myself and the Company.
