I am Chinedu Okoli, better known by my stage name, Flavour N’abania, or simply Flavour. I am a Nigerian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. I have gathered notable achievements in my music career. In 2010 for instance, I released my second studio album “Uplifted”, whose success made me one of Africa’s most sought out artists. In 2018, I worked with Yemi Alade in my single “Crazy love”. Alade’s spice and finesse contributed to the success of the single. I was impressed by her professionalism, skill, and talent in the production of the single. She stands out among the female music stars in Nigeria and the African region.
Yemi Alade’s hard work, dedication and extraordinary abilities have all paid off and she has won many awards. Notably, she has over 10 awards as a musician including 2 MTV awards, 2 BET nominations and 3 Headies Awards, which is the most prestigious award in Nigeria. She has also received generous acclaim and recognition locally, regionally, and internationally. It is also worth noting that she is the first Afrobeat artist to break over 100 million viewers on YouTube and boasts of over 1.2 million subscribers on her YouTube account. All these just give a glimpse of how successful Yemi Alade is.
