We will perform the following cleaning services for: dusting, washing, and polishing of all surfaces; cleaning of non-carpeted flooring; cleaning of all appliances, and bathrooms; and trash collection and removal.

All labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to perform these tasks will be provided by the Green Kleen Team at the approval of Herman & Kittle Properties, INC.

 

We shall perform our services in the following phases:

• Rough Cleaning Phase

This phase is generally requested after the framing, plumbing, and electrical have been inspected and completed.  It may also include removal of large debris and trash, a general sweep out, and removal of stickers.  This will help prepare for incoming painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry contractors.

• Buff Cleaning

Cleaning Phase: Buff Cleaning Phase: detailed cleaning of kitchen and washrooms are required including sinks, tubs, showers, cabinets and countertops.  During this phase we also included detailed cleaning of baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, window ledges, interior windows, mirrors, with floors being vacuumed and mopped.

• Make Ready Cleaning

Final Cleaning Phase: At this stage, all contractors have completed their work and no longer require access.  Garage areas are swept, carpets are vacuumed, floors are mopped and any remaining dust is addressed at this stage.   All cleaning requirements from the second phase are reviewed to ensure the building is in ‘move in’ ready condition.

1. QUALITY

All service will be performed with quality workmanship according to the responsibilities needed to complete the cleaning. Holidays such as (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are will be  determined amongst project manager and site managers of Green Kleen Team.                

1. DURATION              

1. This written agreement contains the entire agreement between both parties.                   
2. Pricing shall remain in effect one year from the starting date.   

• Customer agrees to notify contractor of any complaints and allow time for prompt correction.                                                                              

• Either party may terminate this agreement with  15 day written notice.  Should client cancel without a 15 day notice, the contractor will be entitled to pay for all services rendered.

 All cleanings will be performed to the best of the team members’ ability every time. All cleaning specifications thoroughly performed with excellence and years of experience.  We will go the extra mile to improve building appearance and cleanliness. Building security is based project management upon establishment we will only allow authorized team members to maintain absolute security with all customer keys while performing cleaning tasks. Green kleen team staff will not ask to borrow, abuse, or use customer equipment machinery or the facility in general. The staff will ensure a secure building when leaving and to notify site of any security or maintenance problems. Confidentiality can be trusted not to discuss customer equipment, employees, facility, management or business in general with anyone else. While maintaining professionalism and to perform all work with sanitary cleaning supplies and equipment, following Green Kleen team cleaning procedures, procedures and techniques.

1. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY         

1. Contractor agrees to maintain required liability and accidental insurance and bonding.

• Contractor agrees to hold harmless customer from claims for injury, death or property damage due to negligence or accident on part of the contractor, its employees or agents.                

• Contractor agrees to employ safe and professionally accepted cleaning procedures.                        

• Customer agrees not to hire any worker or person employed by the contractor during the term of this agreement and for ninety days after the expiration of this agreement.                       

• Contractor is an Independent Contractor with control over its procedures, employees and agents.
