PROPERTY LOSS AGREEMENT
This PROPERTY LOSS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is between Matt Mendosa and 2Fellas Moving Company (“Mover”), on one hand, and the Shelley Puleio (“Client”), on the other. Mover and Client are at times referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
WHEREAS, Client engaged Mover to help her family move their personal property into a new home in or around September 2020;
WHEREAS, when Client’s personal property was delivered to her new home in or around March 2021, there was extensive damage that Client closely documented with pictures;
WHEREAS, Mover and Client have agreed that Mover shall make payment totaling $4,500 in nine (9) monthly installments to address the property damage;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
- Payment Terms. Mover shall pay Client $500 per month for nine (9) months, a total of $4,500, with payment postmarked on or before the first of each month irrespective of whether the first day of the month falls on a weekend. The first payment shall occur on or before July 1, 2021, and all payments should be sent to:

- Breach by Mover. If Mover fails to make timely payment each month or payment is not postmarked on or before the first of each month, the full remaining balance shall come immediately due within that month. For example, if Client does not receive a $500 check postmarked on or before August 1, 2021, Mover shall pay Client $4,000 in August ($500 was paid in July, then the remaining balance of $4000 becomes due from the late payment).
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Mover and Client with respect to the subject matter hereof. The terms and conditions of this Agreement supersede and are in lieu of any and all other prior agreements, understandings and representations between the Parties whether written or oral relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
